Carbon Recruitment are currently working with a Further Education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking to speak to Electrical Professionals who may be interested in entering the educational sector.
A great opportunity to pass on your skills and experience to the next generation, you would join a department that offers courses Electrical Installations courses from level 1 to level 3. Taking responsibility for part of this provision, you would be expected to tutor students in both classroom theory and practical workshop, being flexible in your teaching approach to encourage the maximum delivery of electrotechnical knowledge. Excellent organisation skills, a positive attitude and an ability to recognise opportunities for learning are all essential to help the students to develop within the field.
Applications are welcome from both industry professionals and qualified teachers, with support and training being offered to those with no prior teaching experience. You must, however, have a strong electrotechnical background and hold a recognised level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation to be considered for this position (C&G 236, 2365, 2357 etc.).
