Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a large food manufacturing company in Lincoln. The successful would join the Maintenance team working 4 on 4 off Nights shift pattern working an average of 42 hours per week. Job Description: Maintenance Engineer

To carry out routine Planned maintenance and checks on all site machinery and equipment as directed by the Maintenance Co-ordinator.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and correctly with appropriate records being available for updating.


Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer

To control and record any site safety issues, reporting them to the relevant Departmental Heads.
Liaise with Production and Maintenance Co-ordinators to ensure that preventative maintenance is carried out in a timely and safe manner.
Play an active role in any continuous improvement teams ensuring that technological advancement is embraced.
Any reasonable duties as requested by your Supervisor/Manager.
