An excellent role on offer for a Civils Supervisor looking to join a market leading company, where you will work on technically challenging projects, whilst progressing into senior management positions.

Do you come from a civils, construction or similar background? Have you got a valid NRSWA ticket? Are you looking to progress into senior management?

This company specialise in the high quality communication networks that connect millions of properties across the UK. They have recently signed a contract worth over £100m to install their services across Southern England. They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are now looking to recruit a Civils Supervisor who will help to manage operatives to carry out fibre network works associated within the telecoms industry.

In this role you will be supervising a team of 4 - 8 civil operatives to ensure they delivery of required daily productivities are met, whilst adhering to high standards of health and safety. This role will be predominantly field based covering Bristol and surrounding areas.

The Role:

A combination of field and office based
Supervising a small team
Covering Bristol and surrounding areas
£32,000 - £35,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime (OTE: £37,500+) + Excellent Benefits


The Person:

Must come from a construction, civils or similar background
Must have a valid NRSWA ticket
Must have a full UK driving license
