An excellent opportunity to join an internationally recognised, leading manufacturing company that can offer you an autonomous role where you will take over ownership of all maintenance activities on site and lead a team in the continuous progression of the site.
This manufacturing company supply to industry globally. They are a market leader in their field and are consistently in demand, which is driving a continual growth and investment strategy. Due to this expansion they now require an Engineering Manager to join the leadership team of the business.
In this role you will be leading a multi skilled team across both the manufacturing and facilities areas on site. Reporting to the operations director you will be developing and implementing a TPM schedule, small capex project of up to 250K and be continually looking to improve processes across the site. You will also be responsible for all H&S activities and continuous improvement activities across the maintenance department.
You will be an Engineering Manager from a manufacturing background with knowledge of developing PPM/TPM schedules. You will have a strong ethic to H&S, and will have lead teams of at least 10.
