Structural Engineer – intermediate level (grad +4 upwards)

Things are changing rapidly at present. Our client have a new associate and have had good recent success with a number of quotes. The candidate will ideally have over 4 years  post grad experience.

The successful candidate will be working on a number of different and exciting projects, initially on 2 New Build Care Home projects.

In this instance there will be a real emphasis on candidate attitude, desire to work well within a team, and help our client to continue to move into new markets

Work will always include High End Private residences in the Fulham/Chelsea/West Kensington Areas.

Work will be on Basement Design, Temporary Works, Loft Conversions, and high end internal re fits.

Most recent work has been on Care Homes, and steel frame new build building.

Working on such projects at this level, the Candidate must be well presented, and ideally have experience working on similar roles.

They will want to be part of a tight knit team, where they will get to work on a variety of materials and on interesting if not grand scale works.

They will also be part of a company looking to expand from its model of high end housing into commercial works within the next few months.  The opportunity to learn and grow here is obvious.

  • BSc/Beng in Civil Engineering + ideally Masters (MSc or MEng)
  • Min 4years UK experience working on similar position

Company is still quite young (formed 2008) but has been built up steadily over the last few years, and have recently had to move offices to accommodate more staff.  A very friendly, professional group. The company rarely has to advertise itself, as it seems to be the no.1 for local architects to approach for these types of projects.
