Location:
LS1, Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary/Rate:
£35,000 - £45,000/annum Excellent company benefits

Our Client is the fastest growing independent Building Services Partnership in the Yorkshire region, now boating one of the largest MEP Design Teams in Leeds with a headcount of 30 across M&E Design, Sustainability and BIM.

Since their conception, nearly 10 years ago, the business has delivered projects for a diverse spectrum of clients across sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, healthcare, education and major events. As a direct result of client recommendation, the business has grown at an unprecedented rate and now operates from Leeds and London, covering projects UK wide.

Their approach to each project stems from the belief that every building is a place to live, work, socialise, retreat, holiday and enjoy. They aim to bring buildings to life to provide comfortable spaces that both perform and promote sustainable design, with energy efficient developments embedded within the company’s ethos.

A true London office sets this practice apart from many of their competitors, winning work and supporting Southern and Northern based schemes locally. With a founding Partner permanently stationed in each office and supported by a full design team, this provides an enviable platform from which to cherry pick projects and inspire confidence.

The implementation of Revit MEP software across the vast majority of their schemes continues to provide the company great opportunities to further expand. With a noteworthy team already in place, the appointment of a BIM Coordinator will further strengthen a high performing team, creating additional resource and facilitating greater output to meet demand.

Applications are invited from experienced Revit MEP Coordinators / Technicians, capable of running projects and effectively managing their own time. Additional duties will include prioritising work, hitting deadlines, promoting a collaborative approach and on occasion the training of junior members of staff.

Finally, based in the heart of Leeds City centre, this role also offers excellent public transport commuting options and a pleasant social element for after work activities.
