Seeking Foot Mobile Multiskilled Engineer

We have an exciting role to join our growing engineering maintenance team due to the expansion of our mobile managing agenct sector and the new acquisition of 28 Buildings across London. The role offered is a mobile foot engineer with the provision of a zone 1 and 2 travel card. 

Overall Job Purpose;

To ensure all environmental conditions and critical building systems are maintained to the highest standard throughout. To carry out PPM tasks and reactive and breakdown works to all Electrical/Mechanical systems within the site. Engineers must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of BMS, Fire Alarm Systems, Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find using the production of graphical information and the utilisation of data

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric maintenance such as 

- Emergency light tests

- Fire alarm tests

- Plant Checks

- Water treatment

- HVAC plant

- Plumbing

- Fault finding

Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

Multiskilled Electrical / Mechnical / Fabric 

Building services knowledge with ideally additional mechanical / ac qualifications but not essential.

NVQ Level 2 & 3 Electrical Installation or Equivalent

18th Edition • 2391 or 2394/2395 (Highly Desirable)

Good all round commercial maintenance knowledge

Extensive experience working within a commercial environment

Able to participate in the Call out

Flexible and willing to travel where required
