Design Engineer required for a market leading commercial catering equipment supplier, offering the chance to join a growing company with great future career progression.

The Design Engineer role will be suited to a candidate with experience working in a mechanical design capacity within a manufacturer. The position also requires a candidate to have good experience using SolidWorks and be confident using this design package. The role is primarily designing with sheet metals so experience working with this material is also a requirement for the position.

The Design Engineer role will involve working in a small design team to work on new product designs for the business. This role is a concept design position. Using SolidWorks and sheet metals you will be responsible for designing brand new products for the business to see through to manufacturing. The company has been doing very well and as the team grows this role will progress into a more senior position. All internal training on the industry and current company catalogue will be given.
