Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Permanent Nights

Synergi are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a large food manufacturing company in Lincolnshire. The successful would join the Maintenance Team working a 4 on 4 off Permanent Nights shift working an average of 42 hours a week. This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to work in the ever-growing business.

Job Description:

To provide a high level of engineering services and technical support to the business. Focus on reducing downtime proactively Strive to improve plant performance and efficiency

Roles & Responsibilities: Maintenance Engineer

To develop along with the Engineering Manager the engineering strategy to improve overall site efficiency
To develop the engineering function within the business unit to allow all staff to get better
Continually drive towards a ppm culture
Manage engineering projects from inception to delivery as and when required
To work within the stated site health and safety standards, quality and hygiene and be a party to set those standards
To report progress daily to the Engineering Manager
Identify areas for improvement in plant performance


Salary: £36,500

Shifts: 4 on 4 off Permanent Nights
