Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer required for a market leading company who have quickly grown to become the leader within their industry. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly company who are offering a days based position.

 

The Maintenance Engineer role would suit an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer who has basic mechanical skills. You can come from ANY manufacturing background. The correct candidate must be also be electrically qualified to at least Level 2.

 

The Maintenance Engineer role will involve a combination of both pre-planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance work. On the electrical side you will be working on single & three phase electrical equipment. Due to this being a stand-alone electrical role, some knowledge of PLC systems is required. Mechanically, the role involved assisting on equipment overhauls, installations, fabrications and machine set ups. The role involved a call out rota of every other week.

* Electrically biased maintenance work on manufacturing machinery

* Strong electrical maintenance background including work on PLCs

* Happy working on call every other week
