Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing has an exceptional opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in the Medical Devices industry. My client requires a Manufacturing Engineer to join the business and establish processes for their West Yorkshire facility.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
*Optimise workstation layouts and equipment recommendations
*Provide technical expertise to solve complex issues
*Work closely with R&D and Quality to improve production yields and reduce cost
*Research technological advancement in material processing
*Support Continuous Improvement
*Provide support for NPI of equipment and processes - IQ, OQ, and PQ
*Provide continuous improvement to anticipate design/process FMEA
*Investigate and introduce new assembly jigs and equipment in line with the company's validation master plan
*Root cause analysis investigations
*Work alongside and support Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and Leadership functions

Elevation Engineering & Manufacturing are keen to speak to Manufacturing Engineers with the following skills and experiences:

*Degree qualified
*Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing role is required
*Experience working in a Medical Device, Food or Pharmaceutical environment
*Proven experience of utilising Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques
*Positive attitude with a flexible approach to work
*A meticulous eye for detail
*Team player with effective communication
