Currently working for a very busy and established principle contractor, with extensive infrastructure / Rail works in and around London and the South East.

Looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a few years post grad experience under their belt, working for a similar type of principle or sub contractor on infrastructure / rail works as a Quantity Surveyor.

The successfull candidate would initially be taken on, on a temp to perm basis for a period of 6 months before joining on a perm basis to develop their career.

Specifically looking for someone with experience in NEC3 contract administration (payments, change management), subcontract tendering (particularly important as the position will involve a lot of tendering/procurement), subcontract drafting (Sub Works Information, Subcontract data), upstream quotations.
