An excellent role on offer for an Engineering Manager looking to join a world leading organisation, where you will be instrumental in the growth of the company, whilst progressing your career in to senior management.

Have you got experience of managing a team of engineers? Have you got a HNC/D or equivalent in any engineering discipline? Are you looking to join a global company where you will play a pivotal part in their growth?

This award winning company are one of the largest logistics company in the country and they operate within a niche market place. They are experiencing a period of rapid expansion and they have doubled staff headcount year on year. They are now looking for an Engineering Manager who will play a crucial part in the continued growth of the company.

In this varied yet challenging role you will be responsible for day to day supervision of shift engineers, technicians and maintenance engineers. You will be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring your team. You will also work hands on occasionally overseeing the electrical and mechanical maintenance of their site equipment, working on their complex conveyor systems.

This role would ideally suit a hands on engineering or maintenance manager who is looking to join a global company, where you will manage and lead a team of engineers, whilst working in a technically challenging role.
