Think Civil & Structural Engineering are currently working with a Nottingham based consultancy who have an opportunity for a Structural Engineer to join their vibrant and forward thinking organisation.

Despite the difficult nature of the industry currently our client have seen an uplift in their workload and are actively moving forwards with plans to expand their structural engineering team, as such they are looking to recruit a Graduate or Engineer level candidate ideally with 2+ years experience within the industry.

With experience of working within a consultancy role, the successful candidate will be involved with live projects from day one, working with Senior Engineers within the business to produce designs in steel, concrete, masonry and timber for a variety of interesting and technically challenging projects.

Working across a variety of sectors including educational, residential, retail and leisure, both new build and refurbishment projects, the successful candidate will have good knowledge of design to BS and Eurocodes as well as a strong command of industry standard design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, Tedds etc. You will be given the opportunity to play a key role in the development of our clients structural team, while they also pride them self in offering excellent opportunities and support for professional development.
