We are currently working with one of the South East’s leading utility and reinstatement companies.

This position offers a stable career with a well-established contractor boasting a healthy order book for 2020/21.

Salary to £45k | Project Award Bonus | Company Vehicle | Pension | 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Key Essentials:

* You will be required to tender on utility hand lay and general reinstatement projects with values ranging from £25k - £500k

* Organising appropriate tender enquiries from key clients in the utilities industry

* Administrating correspondence and tender documents

* When preparing tenders you will be responsible for all build ups and take off's taking into consideration of all plant, transport and labour, outputs and programme of works

* Handover of tender files to the project team

* Responsible for investigating and keeping up to date with cost effective and / or alternative solutions

Requirements:

* Previous estimating experience in utility reinstatement, minor civils or groundworks

* You should have a good understanding of estimating processes and tender buying

* It is essential that you have good I.T Skills in Microsoft Office packages
