Mechanical Engineering Lecturer
Up to £36,000 p/a
We are working with an education provider in the West Yorkshire area who are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join their engineering training team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The job role would consist of you training Mechanical Engineering learners on their Mechanical Engineering BTEC and HNC programmes, and all of this would take place at their main engineering training centre in West Yorkshire. Modules that would need to be taught on would include Mechanical Principles, Thermodynamics, and Hydraulics/Pneumatics. Most of the teaching would take place in a classroom environment, although there would also be some Hydraulics/Pneumatics delivery in the workshop.
The starting salary for this position is up to a maximum of £36,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a contributory pension, and 34 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 4 Mechanical Engineering qualification
-A teaching qualification OR some experience of teaching
