The day to day responsibility for this role will be to continuously improve all manufacturing processes across the site with an overall goal to maximise efficiency and reduce cost throughout. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that plays a key role in assuring the quality standards throughout the company are at the highest level. You be involved with producing programs for various CNC machines using SolidCam.

*Working with a team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement
*Creating manufacturing processes for new, complex products
*Implementing changes to improve productivity, quality and cost
*Ensuring regulatory requirements and standards are met
*Programming using SolidCam
*Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
*Able to implement and drive improvement projects
*Coming from a machining background
*Have experience using software such as Solidworks and any CAD/CAM system
