Do you have an apprenticeship and have good hands on mechanical skills? If so then we have a very exciting role within aviation in Portsmouth, working for a very impressive company on exciting products, paying a basic (excluding overtime) of £26500 generally working around 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday!

The company are local and very well established, they are recruiting for at least 3 Mechanical Technicians due to increased workload and to help with their plans for the future with regards to succession planning.

There is overtime available at time and a half, they have a very good contributory pension scheme (7%) and also operate flexible working hours! You could buy shares once you have worked there for a while and eat in a heavily discounted canteen!

So What Do I Need?

- Apprenticeship is an absolute must, in a relevant mechanical engineering field

- Good hands on mechanical or maintenance skills

- Aviation and or assembly experience already would be hugely beneficial not certianly not a requirement.

Most of all we are looking for people with good work ethics, enthusiastic attitudes to learning and a passion for engineering. You will be working with and mentored by experienced Engineers who are well respected within the company and you'll given excellent trainingand support.
