Excellent opportunity for an engineering manager looking to take on a key role in a rapidly growing business offering unrivalled career progression, technical training and a diverse role.

Do you have an M&E / FM / Building Services background? Are you looking to join a growing company where your knowledge will aid their development?

This is a rapidly growing business with an excellent reputation for their quality of service. Due to this reputation they are being awarded several long term contracts for facilities management all over London in mixed use buildings. They want to build a strong team to support this continued growth.

In this role you will be leading a team of engineers to ensure all PPM is carried out to the highest standards. You will play a key role in the business and build long term relationships with clients. The company will support your professional development with additional training and reward your hard work.

This role would suit an experienced facilities maintenance engineer who has some management / supervisory experience looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

Managing mobile engineers
Planning and overseeing PPM
Building client relationships
Attending tender meetings
£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Excellent benefits

The Person:

M&E / Facilities Maintenance / Building Services background
Management or supervisory experience
Good communication skills
