A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their manufacturing department with the appointment of a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer.

As Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will ensure all Manufacturing requirements are communicated in detail through the relevant departments and provide support throughout the organisation.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Staffordshire the Graduate Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for ensuring process capabilities, operational support and process improvements on existing and new programs. Further responsibilities will include:

*Evaluating PFMEA's

*Effiency improvements including layouts and scrap reduction

*Ensure processes are correct - cycle times, process flows

*Carry out audits

*Evaluate layout proposals and present for changes

*Confirmation of feasibility and costs of engeering changes

The successful candidate should be educated to degree level in engineering or HNC/HND.

You should be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and experience in current production and new product introduction.

You should have at least 1 years plus experience within the automotive industry, excellent communication skills as this role will be the direct interface between manufacturing and the client.
