Description

Our client are a renowned manufacture of hose and sprinkler products. They require a Plastic Tool Maintenance engineer.

Day to day duties will include the following:
. Provide injection mould tool repairs as directed (Essential)
. Maintain all of all injection mould tooling as directed (Essential)
. Ensuring all injection moulding tools are running efficiently when production run mode is in operation (Essential)
. Responsible for the completion and recording of all TPM checks (Essential)
. Maintain a safe working environment ensuring all gangways are kept free (Essential)
. Maintenance of all quality standards (Essential)
As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:
. Previous experience of repairing injection mould tooling of varying sizes from 100KG to 10 Tonne (Essential)
. Working on equipment such as lathes, spark eroders, solvent baths, horizontal / vertical grinders and milling machines (Essential)
. A positive and can-do attitude (Essential)
