Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Based in Redditch
Salary up to £32,000 + Benefits
One of the UK's leading precision engineering companies is currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Engineer at their Redditch facility. Offering an attractive salary plus benefits including first class working conditions, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Engineer with electrical bias to join a rapidly expanding business.
You would be responsible for ensuring all on-site equipment is working as effectively and efficiently as possible. The role would involve all aspects of trouble shooting, problem solving and project work, and you would be expected to look for and implement continuous improvements. In addition you will also be required to plan and carry out preventative maintenance in order to ensure a high standard of plant maintenance is achieved at all times.
o Multi-skilled engineer/technician- electrical bias, 17th edition
o Educated to a minimum BTEC / HND / HNC standard or equivalent experience
o Experience working with power presses and associated equipment would be ideal
You will be an intelligent and analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, able to identify and anticipate issues before they arise and take steps to resolve. You will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, equally comfortable working alone as well as part of team.
