Project Engineer to join leading employer in Craigavon, County Armagh

As the new Project Engineer you will join a well-renowned manufacturing firm at their recently expanded facility in Craigavon, County Armagh. Our client is an established brand within a large group who are a leader in the construction sector across Ireland and the UK. This business has grown from strength to strength in recent years and are now seen as an employer of choice for Engineers.
Your new role
In your new role of Project Engineer you will report directly to the Project Manager and provide technical support on tenders, new products and market research. In this role you will work closely with customers to identify product improvements and market trends. You will also take an active role in New Product Development and material selection. As the Project Engineer you will take responsibility for product testing, BOM creation and FEA validation and testing. The Project Engineer will also provide technical support to in-house stake holders across various departments.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Project Engineer should be coming with a 3rd level qualification in an Engineering related discipline, proficient in the use of 3D CAD and high level of communication skills. Other key attributes are strong IT literacy, high level of planning and organisation etc. Languages skills in either French or German would be highly desirable but not essential.
