We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated, conscientious, and committed individual who is looking for their next exciting challenge.  The successful candidate must be decisive and execution focused in order to bring theories and products to the fore.  The successful candidate must have a do it now & can-do attitude to deliver key business projects on time and within budget.

Based in our Aberdeen headquarters, reporting to the Process Engineering Manager the position’s main responsibility is to show enthusiasm towards learning, quality of work, teamwork, and being innovative in order to provide solutions to technical challenges. 

Supporting the production of new products and continuous improvement of current products in addition to leading key projects.  The successful candidate will be expected to deliver root cause analysis with the formulation of correction action plans though to implementing preventative measures.

Relocation package would be considered for this role.

Candidate should have Master’s Degree in a Process / Manufacturing / Chemical or Mechanical Engineering discipline, willingness to learn, good analytical skills. In return a comprehensive opportunity to develop their own engineering skills is offered.  Knowledge in elastomers/plastics advantageous.

The successful candidate will join Rubberatkins’ monitored professional development scheme (MPDS) accredited by IMechE.
