Regional Engineering Manager
eSift are currently looking for an experienced Fire and Security Engineering Manager with a strong technical knowledge and proven management skills to join Our client.
Location: North West UK, ideally based in the M62 Corridor.
Salary: Competitive plus company car and other benefits
Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Manager, responsible for a team of Engineers across the region, including performance, planning of install works, productive operations and ensuring quality of service remains excellent.
You will also be responsible for managing the completion of works to time and budget, producing new service agreements with clients, working towards company guidelines, monitoring stock and ensuring that health and safety procedures are monitored at all times and adhered to.
You will also be working cross functionally with a multitude of teams internally, to include sales, technical departments and design.
To be successful in this position you will have/be;
Engineering qualification or experience in fire & security installation and service.
Previous experience of managing and effective team of service engineers
Previous “hands on” experience of the installation and/or servicing of fire & security systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong financial acumen
Ability to remain focused and driven under pressure.
Current / valid driving license.
Willingness to travel nationally
Ability to adapt to a widening product portfolio
Qualified electrical / electronics engineer / electrician.
Knowledge of multiple access, CCTV, intruder and fire safety systems.
