Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking to recruit a Senior Design Engineer to join a wold class Heavy engineering firm at their facility in Dungannon. Our client produces a range of innovate crushing and screening equipment which is exported on a global scale. They pride themselves on their ability to create bespoke products to meet the most challenging of briefs.
Your new role
In this capacity you will develop the company’s product range and make recommendations for improvements to the existing portfolio. Within this role you will work along-side 2 senior engineers and play a lead role within the wider Design team. You will manage full project lifecycle from initial concept, ongoing customer interaction to final delivery. Working in conjunction with the sales team you provide will technical advise, resolve issues of a technical nature and play an important role at on-site visits.
What you'll need to succeed
To make the required impact you will should have significant experience within a similar high and be educated to Degree level in Engineering. This is a role of significant importance which will require excellent design capabilities including experience in Solid Works or Pro/Engineer. The Senior Design Engineer will be tasked with leading a high projects and excellent communications skills are required.
