Head of Engineering
Head of Engineering
£35,000 to £40,000 p/a
We are working with an education provider in the Dorset area who are looking for a full-time and permanent Head of Engineering to join their team.
The successful candidate would be based in the education provider's main centre, and would be responsible for the day to day management of the Engineering department. You would need to take a lead role in the development and delivery of the Engineering curriculum, and you would also need to do some of the Engineering teaching on their HNC/HND programme.
The starting salary for this position is between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, which would also include a pension, in-house training, and a holiday allowance of 28 days (including Bank Holidays).
To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A degree in an Engineering subject
-Two years experience of working in the engineering industry
-A teaching qualification
They are not needing you to have any previous course management experience (although this would be an advantage), so this could be a fantastic role for someone looking to move into education management from an Engineering Teacher role.
I am looking to set up interviews as soon as possible, so if you are interested and available for interview, please reply with your CV and daytime contact number and I'll get back to you, or you can always call me on (phone number removed).
Please feel free to pass on my details if you know someone who might be interested.
