Electronics Design Engineer (Analogue), Petersfield, Circa £40k

A global organisation is seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis to work at their site in Petersfield.

Working within a complex engineering environment the Electronics Design Engineer will be responsible for the electronic design across the full range of the client’s products. The successful Electronics Design Engineer will play a lead role throughout the life cycle of an exciting new project. This will involve full PCB layout design, working alongside other departments in the development of existing and future products. Other responsibilities include liaising with customers and suppliers in ensuring products transition smoothly from initial concept through to completion.

In order to be considered for this position candidates need to have a proven background as an Electronics Design Engineer and as such have strong experience in analogue circuit design. It would be advantageous for candidates to have knowledge / experience in any of the following areas: Radio Frequency (RF), working in a heavily regulated industry i.e. automotive, aerospace, medical devices etc., microcontrollers such as ARM, PIC, ATMEL, full life cycle product development, new product development (NPD).

Transferrable positions include: Electronics Development Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Electronics Designer, Hardware Designer or similar.

This position is commutable from Portsmouth, Petersfield, Farnham, Fareham, Liphook, Hazelmere, Waterlooville and other areas surrounding Hampshire and Surrey.
