Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer
An award-winning engineering consultancy based in Sheffield are on the lookout for a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer to become part of their highly skilled team.
The company provide multi‐disciplinary consultancy services on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK, ranging from building restoration to commercial, retail to housing developments.
As the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the design of drainage and road infrastructure for a number of different developments, preparing and reviewing drawings and detailing the systems designed. Youll supervise the wider engineering team, checking and signing-off work, as well as coordinating project work with engineers of other disciplines.
Showing great communication skills, you will attend meetings with clients, local authorities and environment agencies to establish their needs and discuss any design issues.
The successful candidate will a strong previous knowledge of Civil Infrastructure Engineering with experience of using software packages such as AutoCAD, MicroDrainage and PDS.
Ideally you will be a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE / CEng MCIHT/ CEnv CIWEM etc.), or will be working towards your chartership with the ICE. As the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer, youll have excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, and will thrive working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
In addition to a competitive salary of up to £45,000, the Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer will receive generous benefits package to be disclosed on application.
