Senior Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer
Are you a Senior Building Services Mechanical Design Design Engineer looking for a career move within the City of Bristol? Alternatively, you might consider relocating to Bristol, a vibrant City with much more affordable housing than, say, London or the South East etc.
BPI (M&E) Recruitment have been retained by one of the South West's leading Building Services Consultants to recruit, on their behalf, an ambitious and driven Building Services Design Engineer at Senior level.
Candidates must be qualified to HNC/D level.
Having said the above, the company concerned are equally as keen to speak to Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Design Engineers, looking for the next step up as they are to hear from established Associates.
Ideally, as mentioned, you will have a Mechanical Building Services bias, however, if you are Electrical but have a reasonable understanding of the Mechanical side, please do apply.
Some of the key accountabilities are given below: -
You must be able to present project design proposals to the client following on from an external brief.
Issuing, alongside the client, contract documentation to tender etc.
Be an internal consultant on the project
Undertake all Project Management responsibilities
Skills, Qualifications and experience: -
HNC/D in Mechanical Building Services or HNC/D in a Mechanical subject but you must have extensive Building Services design experience.
You must be fully up to speed in the following software; Cymap, TAS, BIM, Revit & AutoCAD
A knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001.
