Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Our client is an industry leading FM service provider. They are currently looking to recruit an electrical maintenance engineer to work on a foot mobile basis across +30 commercial office spaces in London’s zone 1. You will be joining an established team of electrical maintenance engineers and mechanical engineers
The sites you will work in are owned by an innovative workspace provider who are expanding. All are modern shared office spaces that house a range of tenants, from start-up companies to large established businesses. Each building has its own unique feel depending on its location.
As an electrical maintenance engineer, you will have an electrical background with City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent and a proven track record in a similar role.
As the electrical maintenance engineer you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing typical commercial M&E kit that includes: AHU, FCU, Splits, Emergency Light Testing, Fire Alarm Test, Lamping, changing ballasts, fault-finding back to panel, fabric repairs and general building maintenance, client and tenant interactions.
Salary - £35,000
Travelcard – zones 1-6 (all travel covered door to door)
11:00am - 8:00pm Monday - Friday
