We are a global automotive manufacturer based in Surrey and due to growth and progression we require a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join us. You will be responsible for assisting the Manufacturing Engineers when it comes to updating and amending:
-Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
-Bill of Materials (BoM)
-Build Record Cards (BRC)
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate or someone who has work experience or a placement year in a related role or industry. As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for:
-Ensuring safe system of work in alignment with method statements and risk assessments.
-Creating and maintaining Manufacturing instructions.
-Problem solving and investigations in relation to customer concerns.
-Ensuring records and maintained and produced to conform to ISO 9001.
-Assisting with BoM's and work centre maintenance.
-A degree or HNC/HND in an industry related subject.
-An understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques and tools.
-Strong MS Office experience.
-Any experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
-Basic salary up to £25,000
-25 days holiday + bank holidays
