Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias)

About the role

You could become part of a Data Centre service provider looking after a Data Centre site in the Sandwich area. This role would be on a Monday-Friday basis and would consist of day shifts with an on-call rota for the out of hours works.

We are looking for someone with a good understanding of Critical Facilities/Data Centre infrastructure (Electrical). As a key member of the engineering shift teams, you will responsible for the inspection, operation and maintenance of all associated assets within the Data Centre, with a primary focus on relevant electrical asset maintenance (Planned, Reactive and Corrective). You will also get involved in general handyman / maintenance duties on site.

Essential qualifications relevant to the role:

* 17th/18th Edition
* Testing & Inspection (desirable)
* Demonstrable experience in operating and fault finding a variety of electrical equipment preferably in a commercial environment

About you:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Good understanding through experience of maintenance activities
* Flexibility in approach to working activities
* To possess a clean full UK driving licence
