Your new Process Engineer Job
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will deliver operational excellence through continuous improvement of plant processes, procedures and related activities on a high hazard facility. You will be tasked with monitoring plant performance and provide engineering input to maximise throughput and maintain product quality, working with the Operations team to troubleshoot and solve plant issues and the Technical team to specify design solutions.
You will also provide cover for the Operations Manager when necessary, taking responsibility for the Operations shift teams and for plant operation.
To land this Process Engineer job you’ll need
They are looking for a Degree Qualified Engineer with experience in a Process Engineering role. Graduates from Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar background.
You will also need strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to supervise multi-disciplined teams when required. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Full Drivers Licence and highly motivated, self-confident individuals who enjoy working as part of a team as well as individually
