Requires a Maintenance Engineer to join a small Maintenance team responsible for the continuous running of all equipment and machinery within a High Pressure Diecasting and CNC machining facility.
The ideal candidate would have a comprehensive working knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering. An in depth knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatic systems, PLC’s and Electrical fault finding and repair would be advantageous.
You will be involved in all aspects of installation, maintenance, repair and decommissioning of the breadth of mechanical, electrical, robotic and CNC plant utilised within the operation.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities and tasks will vary from day to day, but typically you will be involved in:

carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;

diagnosing and repairing breakdown problems;

following company health and safety policies and procedures;
Qualifications
Ideal candidates would be time served in a relevant discipline. Suitable qualifications would be advantageous.
Hours
44 hours per week, either Monday to Thursday 06.30 to 18.00, or Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 17:00, Friday 07:00 to 13:00.
