Our Client is currently seeking to recruit experienced & skilled personnel for several roles on a Perm basis or  on a Contract/Temp basis of 13 weeks + such as:-

Hydraulic/Mechanical Technicians & Fitters

Our Client are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Technicians & Fitters, who will report to the Work Shop Supervisor and assume responsibility for the building, servicing and testing of growing line of specialised systems.

Working on the building up of hydraulic & mechanical systems from drawings.

Fitting components, drilling & tapping & fixing hydraulic fluid blocks, connecting sub assemblies.

Checking & testing of systems.

Vehicle Technicians & Fitters

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

As an Vehicle/Motor Sport Technician you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing and servicing of the full range of specialised systems, as well as a variety of other specialist suspension devices. These range from bespoke systems made for our motorsport customers to the prototype and low volume road car systems that underpin OEM programmes. You will be expected to maintain production logs and run specialist assembly and testing equipment. The role will include technical product support at the customer’s base, test site or race tracks around the world so you must be willing to travel, often at weekends.

Education and Experience:

Ideally a motors port enthusiast with a college diploma or higher, with engineering qualifications, you are likely to have a great deal of experience in a similar or related position, either at an OEM or a team, and you should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of hydraulic systems.

The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong mechanical/technical and organizational skills, and must be computer literate. Familiarity with CAD would be an advantage.

All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom (EU), hold a valid driver’s license, valid passport and be prepared to travel internationally when required

Test Engineers &Technicians

Key Responsibilities:

Develop component test specifications.   Perform tests.

Managing Warranties  Work in a safe manner at all times.

Contribute to the attainment of departmental goals

Participate in continuous improvement program.

Adopt and practice Kaizen Principles and Concepts.

Participate in Kaizen and GEAR activities.

Follow all general procedures where applicable as indicated in the

As well as procedures for this position as indicated in the Procedure Manual.  Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

Degree in engineering or equivalent, or with proven similar industry engineering experience, or proven skills of working in engineering with a great deal experience in testing.

To have good manual dexterity. Basic Computer and keyboard skills.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and terminology. The ability to work to the procedures and standards as set.

To hold a current Passport and be able to travel as and when required by the company.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

Hours of Work 8am – 5pm
