Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
South-West Oxfordshire
£50,000 - £55,000 + Benefits.
A medium sized well known property consultancy are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their MEP Design team in their office just outside of Oxford. This 25 strong MEP team are extremely busy with confirmed workloads lasting up to 2018. Due to the strong demand in their services they plan to grow to cater for the already confirmed work and any other project wins.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience leading projects to work in an autonomous environment, with the support of well regarded, friendly directors. Projects are within the commercial fit-out, Hotel, Education, high end residential sectors typically working with end clients and architects. Candidates require at least 5 years experience in Mechanical Design within a building services consultancy and have experience of working in client facing roles.
Candidates should be:
• Educated to at least Degree level in Mechanical Engineering, Building services engineering, architectural engineering or similar.
• Experience on Hevacomp and AutoCAD software and also have an interest in BIM.
• Have or working towards a membership of CIBSE or IMechE
• Have at least 5 years UK experience in building services design.
