We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven and proficient engineer to join our team and drive operational efficiencies and standardize / imbed processes across the manufacturing site.

The role will include responsibilities in assisting with production volume and quality of the products along with requiring good team collaboration between departs such as design, quality, & production team leaders. Furthermore, automation will also be a significant part of the role, utilizing new technologies to improve the manufacturing facility which will require a hands on approach to assist in designing and creating new and innovative machines in-house.

 

What this role involves:

•            Leading and assisting with continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events

•            Leading root cause analysis investigations for problems faced in manufacturing

•            Editing and creating SOP for the operators in manufacturing

•            Coding PLC to operate the automation machinery

•            Drawing of electrical diagrams for the automation

•            The use of and making edits in our warehouse management system (IFS)

•            Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.

•            Ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

•            Ability to influence and engage at all levels.
