Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Involvement:
- Get involved in civil engineering projects from start to finish.
- Team up with project teams and share your expertise.
- Make sure projects stay on track with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
2. Design and Analysis:
- Dive into thorough engineering analysis and design for a variety of civil engineering projects such as infrastructure, transportation, and utilities.
- Use cutting-edge software and tools for modeling and analysis.
3. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure we meet all local, national, and international regulations and codes.
- Help in securing the needed permits and approvals for our projects.
4. Client Interaction:
- Build positive relationships with clients through great communication and support.
- Collaborate with clients to grasp their project goals and offer tailored solutions.
5. Team Collaboration:
- Work well with a diverse team, including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts.
- Promote a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Help maintain the precision and integrity of our engineering designs by adhering to strict quality control procedures.
- Review and approve project deliverables to ensure we meet the highest standards.
7. Innovation:
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Having Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with a recognized institution, like ICE, would be a fantastic asset!
- We're looking for candidates with at least 3 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, showcasing a history of successful project contributions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and advanced structural analysis tools is essential.
- You'll need a solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are key to our success.
- We appreciate those who can work both independently and as part of a team.
