Our client is a multi-disciplinary company comprising of Architects and Building Surveyors who were established in 1992. Since then the company has grown considerably and now have over 50 staff working on a wide variety of projects covering Retail, Commercial, Residential, Shopping centres, and can boast some of the UKs largest blue chip companies as repeat clients.
Our client is still experiencing growth and now require a candidate who has excellent free hand design skills to compliment the current design team. The client is interested to hear from either qualified Architects or Architectural Technologists, as long as the applicant is able to demonstrate a flair for design within the commercial sector.
As an Architect or Architectural Technologist you must be fully qualified in the UK and be registered with either ARB/RIBA for Architects or CIAT for Technologist’s. You main role will be to work as part of a team producing concept designs for major commercial projects based all over the UK. It is absolutely essential that you can draw freehand and it would be a bonus to the client if you had good CAD skills aswell.
