Project Manager Construction Job in Hong Kong
Project Manager Job Duties:
You will be responsible for leading the project site teams and ensuring that quality, cost, statutory, safety & environmental issues are all managed correctly.
You will work with the Planning team to receive and supply project schedule updates, and contribute to improvements in efficiency and productivity in all areas of project work.

There are project management roles available in all three of the company's divisions - building construction, Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) and in the civil engineering division.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
For the E&M Project Manager Role, a Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
For the building construction role, a Degree or equivalent in Building
For the civil engineering role, a civil engineering degree or equivalent is desired.
Member of HKIE or other recognized professional bodies preferred.
Extensive experience in the principles and practice of Project Management work with a contractor on a major relevant type of project.
Demonstrable previous experience in the Project Management or Construction Management of complex high value construction projects, ideally in Hong Kong.
Cantonese language skills desirable
Hong Kong residency/HKID desirable

At least 10 years' relevant experience, preferably gained in both consultants and contractors.
