Senior Quantity Surveyor Vacancy in Singapore

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is needed to work in the Corporate Real Estate department of a major construction project management company in Singapore. The role is to take regional responsibility for a client's regional banking portfolio which includes Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Manila, India and Seoul. Regional travel will only be required occasionally. Projects can be anything from 1 to 14 floors of fast track Grade A office fit out to corporate standards.

Senior Quantity Surveyor/QS Duties
To be the key point of contact for the banking client and to make things happen.
You will command the respect of your colleagues and be a good communicator able to command authority.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Experience and Qualifications Required
CRE experience (Corporate Real Estate experience) is essential - no other type of experience will be considered for this particular role
Experience of having worked with both a contractor and a consultancy is desirable.
