Due to expansion this major building services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to manage bids based from Redhill. Reporting to the Operations Director, the Project Manger will manage all technical and commercial aspects of the bid. Amongst the many duties required, the successful applicant must review the Estimate / Tender for the project to fully determine and understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client. Candidates must have completed a relevant trade qualification but ideally should be educated to HNC/Degree level and have completed or working towards an HNC in Contract Management. They should also have strong previous contracting experience as a project engineer.
