Due to their on going success in the Residential sector, our client would like to appoint a Senior Design Architect to add some new design ideas to their already existing team. This is an excellent opportunity to realise your ambitions of designing some of the Uks most notable Residential developments.
Our client is looking for a UK registered Pt 3 qualified Architect with a demonstrable track record of designing projects within the Residential sector, ideally to include projects from the ones mentioned above. You must have the confidence to meet clients on a face to face basis, and sell your design ideas to them. You must be CAD literate, able to work as part of a team or on your own, and have a passion for design.
This is an excellent opportunity to really let your design skills flourish. You will be given a free hand to put your own design ideas to paper. A fantastic starting salary awaits the right applicant. Assistance will be offered to candidates looking to relocate.
