Rate: £ 50 to £ 65 K (Permanent) + Fantastic salary package in addition to salary
On behalf of our client we seek to recruit an experienced Project Manager to manage a package on a major development in London. Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manger will manage all technical and commercial aspects of the package. Amongst the many duties required, the successful applicant must understand the conditions, requirements, deliverables, risks and liabilities of the works as defined and awarded by the Client. Candidates must have completed a relevant trade qualification but ideally should be educated to HNC/Degree level and have completed or working towards an HNC in Contract Management.
