Responsibilities of this role include but limited to: 

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assets to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
• To ensure maintenance is carried out to the highest standard and report any follow-up actions to the relevant manager/supervisor/helpdesk.
• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety of work areas and report any areas of concern to relevant manager/supervisor.
• Ensure the company vehicle (should this form part of your role) is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times, reflecting the company’s
• commitment to professionalism and quality service. Complete regular vehicle inspection reports in conjunction with company fleet administrator.
• Present a professional image on-site, adhering to the company dress code and wearing the appropriate workwear.
• Work safely and responsibly, always adhering to the company’s safety procedures and guidelines.

Experience and qualifications:

• City and Guilds electrically qualified.
• City & Guilds – Electrical Installation 2360 Part 1 & 2 along with AM2.
• Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds NVQ level 2&3.
• Plumbing and heating NVQ level 2.
• experience in commercial building services.
