The Opportunity

Based on site at our newly constructed, purpose-built Asphalt production site in Cauldon. This is a day’s position, Monday-Friday with 05:00 starts and paid overtime as required.

As a new construction you’ll have a real opportunity to develop the site by helping to implement a PPM schedule and input into the stores/ spares function onsite. You’ll also be attending both reactive and planned maintenance activities to help keep our operations running.

Who you are

  • You’ll be an existing Mechanical or Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking to grow your career within Aggregate Industries.
  • You’ll be apprentice trained, or hold a Level 3 Mechanical qualification.
  • You’ll ideally have some basic fabrication skills, however we can provide training where required.
