RECRUITMENTiQ is working in partnership with a well-established construction company based in Glasgow who have been in business for over 20 years and are evolving their business to meet their clients' needs and require additional skilled staff members to meet these requirements. 

Together we are looking for a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor who is keen to work within the existing Team and is focused and responsive. The opportunity to progress in the Company will be there for the right candidate. 

Requirements 

• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Multi-trade background preferred
• Clean current driving licence
• Required to join the commercial team to work with the Commercial Manager & Estimating Team
• Be able to work on your initiative
• Experience of roofing & cladding advantageous 

Responsibilities 

• Contracts review
• Cost analysis
• Assisting with material procurement
• Submitting applications and invoices to clients 

While you will be based in Glasgow, the vast majority of your work will be carried out in Central Scotland. Projects may range in size from small repairs up to projects worth over £1 million. 

This position would suit an ambitious individual who is keen to get stuck into all areas of the business, managing our current client expectations.
