Stores Manager

This is a superb opportunity for Stores Manager to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Stores Operative to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

• Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices.
• Monitor all new suppliers.
• Allocation of parts/jobs and control minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Control orders via bespoke database .
• Control and monitor all parts issued.
• Control all tools and equipment in and out of stores.
• Record all damaged tools and equipment via complaints database.
• Build and maintain effective relations with other departments.
• Document and control 6 month and 12 month stock takes.
• Control Coshh data sheets.
• Attend regular meetings.
• Communicate to all departments on time lines on orders to ensure any anomalies are dealt with.
• Maintain standards of the store team through effective training and performance monitoring.

The Person

• 2 years experience in management role.
• Hold a full UK Driving license (desirable).
• Good communication skills.
• Problem-solving.
• Competency in IT.
• The capability to deal with a variety of works.
• Organised.
• Always demonstrate a customer focused and professional attitude.
