We are currently looking for a Head of Strategic Energy and Utilities for our client, a multi-disciplinary engineering practice with a passion for excellence, innovation, and environmental sustainability. The successful candidate will drive growth, foster client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives.
  
The Head of Strategic Energy and Utilities will:
  • Manage team finances, including profit and loss analysis, and oversee project commercial aspects.
  • Propel business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding our client base.
  • Engage heavily in operational tasks like expanding our client roster, increasing sales, and growing the team.
  • Build and sustain robust client relationships, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
  
The Head of Strategic Energy and Utilities will have:
  • An accredited Honours Degree in strategic energy, utilities, and/or renewable engineering, with a minimum of ten years' post-graduation experience in the energy and utilities sector.
  • A solid engineering background with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Chartered Engineer and Member of the Energy Institute (EI) or equivalent professional body.
  • A sound technical understanding of energy generation, infrastructure solutions, and the current energy landscape.
  • Leadership experience within the energy and utilities sector.
